What items do I need to bring to the retreat?

Retreat guests are encouraged to wear cozy attire for the weekend and bring layers (it is Kentucky, and we will likely experience varying weather patterns in the same weekend). What types of yoga will be offered?

The retreat will include yoga that is vinyasa based but will also include enough instruction to ensure foundational poses are reviewed. Restorative yoga poses will be incorporated as well as meditation. The classes will cater to different levels, allowing participants to explore and deepen their practice.
